Bryce, the founder of ATD Specialist Academy is a former Division I Long Snapper of the Year, 5-year starter at Western Michigan University (2018-2022), 5-time All-MAC selection, and holds the program record with 57 consecutive starts. Throughout his career, he established himself as one of the most accomplished long snappers in college football through consistency, toughness, and attention to detail. Bryce's faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of his life and shapes how he coaches, leads, and serves others.
Today, Bryce is a successful Long-snapping trainer focused on developing athletes both on and off the field. He is passionate about helping the next generation of specialists reach their goals by sharing the same techniques, mindset, and work ethic that helped him succeed at the highest level. His goal is to help athletes maximize their potential, grow in confidence, and navigate the recruiting process with purpose, discipline, and integrity. His experience, energy, and commitment to athlete development make him an incredible mentor for young long snappers looking to separate themselves from the competition.

We’re excited to have Palmer Domschke leading our kickers and punters at ATD Specialist Academy! A four-year starter and current fifth-year specialist at Western Michigan University, Palmer has been one of the most consistent and reliable specialists in the MAC throughout his career. His experience competing at the Division I level gives athletes valuable insight into what it takes to succeed both on and off the field. More importantly, Palmer has a genuine passion for developing young specialists and helping them reach their full potential. His energy, knowledge, and commitment to the next generation make him an incredible coach and mentor for our athletes.
