ATD SPECIALIST ACADEMY
At ATD Specialist Academy, we believe details matter. During our camps, training is personal, direct and specific to each athlete. Our goal is to help kickers, punters and long snappers become more consistent, more efficient, and more prepared to perform at a high level along with real insight into what it takes to perform and separate yourself at the next level, from specialists who have competed / are currently competing at that level.
Our Approach
Every session includes a proper warm-up, intentional drills, and quality reps designed to improve performance while keeping athletes fresh and healthy.
