
At ATD Long Snapping, we believe details matter. Long Snapping training is personal, direct and specific to each athlete. Our goal is to help athletes become more consistent, more efficient, and more prepared to perform at a high level.
Every session includes a proper warm-up, intentional drills, and quality reps designed to improve performance while keeping athletes fresh and healthy. We don’t believe in mindlessly snapping hundreds of balls — we believe in making every rep count.
Competition is essential for growth. Every session ends with live competition against other athletes to simulate pressure situations and help players learn how to perform when it matters most.
We record snaps and analyze technique in detail so athletes can see what they’re doing well and what needs to improve. This allows for faster development, better consistency, and confidence under pressure. ATD members receive film breakdown for free even if film is not recorded in training sessions.
Long Snapper training includes focused drills that develop core skills and enhance overall performance on the field. Techniques are specifically designed to translate directly to real game situations, combined with competitive reps against other snappers. Every session includes detailed film breakdown and analysis of each snap.
